All sales are final. There are no refunds. MFMA does not accept product exchanges unless there is a defect in the purchased item.
All exchange requests must be made within 10 days accompanied by the invoice. The item must be brand new and still in the box. If you have received a defective MFMA product , please contact us to get your exchange request authorized. You will receive an email response within 24 hours.
Once authorized , we will ship out your exchange within 5-10 business days and take care of the shipping fees.

In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, MFMA will issue a full refund.

All orders are subject to availability. If you have ordered something which is not available, you will be refunded any money you have paid.
